What do I receive with the signal subscription ?
After completing your payment , you will receive an invite to the relevant signals channel associated with the subscription you purchased . Once you join the channel , you’ll have access to the signals included in your subscription .
Which platform are the trading signals delivered on ?
Our trading signals are delivered through Telegram . After completing your subscription , you’ll receive an invite to the relevant Telegram channel associated with the signals package you purchased .
How are signals delivered ?
Our signals are generated automatically by a trading bot running on MetaTrader and delivered directly to our Telegram channels through the Telegram API . This allows signals to be sent automatically as soon as the predefined conditions of the strategy are met .
How do I receive my MerlynPips license ?
After completing your purchase , you will first receive a setup file by email . This file collects basic information required to generate your license , such as your computer name , available storage , and the MetaTrader account ID where you want to use MerlynPips .
The collected data is processed and protected using a high level of encryption . The information is dynamically processed in a randomized order by our algorithm , making the resulting data unique for each system . We only receive the resulting encrypted data , which is used to verify your setup and generate your license .
Simply run the setup file as instructed and send the generated result back to us . After we receive and review the information , we will prepare your license .
You will then receive your license file and the MerlynPips file together by email , ready for installation and activation .
Can I use my license on multiple accounts ?
No . Each MerlynPips license is valid for one MetaTrader trading account only . For more information , please refer to our Terms & Conditions .
Can I share my license with someone else ?
No . Each license is linked to one MetaTrader account and one computer . Because the license is uniquely generated for the authorized account and system , it will not work on another person’s account or computer .
Do I need a new license if I reinstall MetaTrader ?
Not necessarily . If you reinstall MetaTrader on the same authorized system and use the same account , your existing license may remain valid .
