As part of the MerlynPips software , customers may receive access to dedicated signal channels where trading signals generated by the system are published .
MerlynPips provides three signal channels , categorized according to their expected signal frequency :

Each MerlynPips license is valid for one trading account and one computer only .
This licensing system helps protect MerlynPips from unauthorized use and ensures that each license is assigned to its intended user .

Recommendations
Although MerlynPips can operate on a standard computer , the following conditions are recommended :
Using a reliable Virtual Private Server (VPS) is strongly recommended , especially for users who intend to run MerlynPips continuously .
A VPS can help keep the trading terminal and MerlynPips running 24/7 , even when the user's personal computer is turned off or disconnected from the internet . A VPS located close to the broker's trading servers may also help reduce network latency and execution delays .
A reliable and stable internet connection is recommended when running MerlynPips on a personal computer .
Internet interruptions , unstable connections , or high latency may prevent the EA from communicating properly with the trading platform and broker server , potentially affecting trade execution .
We recommend using a reputable and regulated broker that provides reliable execution conditions and is suitable for automated trading .

MerlynPips does not guarantee trading results when incorrect session times , time-zone settings , or other configuration parameters are used .

Actual results may vary depending on market conditions , broker execution , spreads , commissions , slippage , latency , VPS performance , internet connectivity , account configuration , and other factors outside the control of MerlynPips .
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited :
You may not share , lend , rent , sell , transfer , or provide your MerlynPips license or activation credentials to another person .
Each license is limited to one trading account and one computer .
You may not copy , reproduce , distribute , publish , upload , sell , sublicense , or otherwise make MerlynPips or any part of the software available to third parties .
Any attempt to crack , bypass , disable , remove , modify , or circumvent the EA's licensing , activation , authentication , or security mechanisms is strictly prohibited .
You may not reverse engineer , decompile , disassemble , modify , translate , or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code , algorithms , proprietary logic , or internal operation of MerlynPips , except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law .
You may not modify , alter , patch , tamper with , or create derivative versions of MerlynPips without prior written authorization .
You may not resell , sublicense , lease , distribute , or commercially exploit MerlynPips or its license unless you have received explicit written authorization from the software owner .
You may not use technical methods , virtual machines , hardware manipulation , account manipulation , or other methods for the purpose of circumventing the restrictions associated with your license .
Attempts to obtain unauthorized additional activations , repeatedly manipulate activation information , or abuse technical support in order to circumvent licensing limitations are prohibited .
Intellectual Property

If prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected , may result in legal action to protect the intellectual property and proprietary rights associated with MerlynPips .
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law .
Payments
Signal Channel Subscription Terms
Access to the MerlynPips signal channels is provided on a subscription basis .
Customers may select from the available Low Frequency , Medium Frequency , or High Frequency signal channels , subject to the product or subscription purchased .
Each signal-channel subscription has a minimum commitment period of one (1) month .
By purchasing or activating access to a signal channel , the customer agrees to the applicable one-month subscription period .
Once a signal-channel subscription has been successfully purchased and access has been provided , the subscription cannot be cancelled during the committed one-month period , and the subscription fee for that committed period is non-refundable , except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law .
This policy applies because access to the digital signal service is provided immediately after the purchase is completed , allowing the customer to access and receive the signals during the subscription period .
The customer is responsible for selecting the signal channel that best suits their preferred level of trading activity .

Signal frequency is not guaranteed and may vary according to market conditions and the strategy's trading criteria .
Signal-channel access is intended solely for the purchasing customer and may not be shared , transferred , resold , copied , or redistributed to other individuals .
Any attempt to share or redistribute private signal-channel content may result in the immediate suspension or termination of access , subject to applicable law and the relevant terms of the service .
By completing the purchase and receiving access to a signal channel , the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable subscription terms .
Refund & Cancellation Policy
MerlynPips is a digitally delivered software product . Due to the nature of digital software , all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the EA , license key , activation details , or access to the software has been provided to the customer .
Once MerlynPips has been delivered , activated , or made available to the customer , the purchase cannot be refunded .
This policy exists because digital software can be copied , duplicated , transferred , or retained after delivery . Unlike a physical product , a digital EA cannot be reliably returned or recovered once access has been provided .
Each MerlynPips license is issued for the specific trading account and computer registered by the customer .
The license is intended for the sole use of the licensed customer and may not be copied , shared , resold , redistributed , or transferred without authorization .
A technical problem with the software does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund . If you experience an installation , activation , or technical issue , please contact support so that we can investigate the issue and , where applicable provide troubleshooting , an activation adjustment , or another appropriate solution . support@merlynpips.com
Any attempt to copy , crack , modify , reverse engineer , redistribute , resell , bypass licensing restrictions , or otherwise obtain unauthorized access to MerlynPips is strictly prohibited .
MerlynPips is an automated trading software tool . Purchasing or using MerlynPips does not prevent trading losses . Market conditions can change , and automated trading involves substantial financial risk .
A trading loss , drawdown , loss of capital , or dissatisfaction with trading performance does not constitute grounds for a refund .
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description , system requirements , licensing conditions , and risk disclosures before purchasing MerlynPips .
By completing a purchase and receiving access to the software , the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable license and refund terms .
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that can't legally be excluded or waived under the laws applicable to the customer .
Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to a refund , cancellation , withdrawal , or other consumer remedy , those rights will continue to apply .

The customer is responsible for ensuring that MerlynPips is installed and configured correctly and that the trading environment meets the recommended requirements .
Customers should understand the risks associated with automated trading and should only trade with capital they can afford to lose .
By purchasing or using MerlynPips , the customer acknowledges that trading involves financial risk and that neither historical testing nor previous positive performance constitutes a guarantee of future results .
Limitation of Liability
MerlynPips is provided as an automated trading software tool . While reasonable efforts are made to develop , test , maintain , and improve the software , no guarantee is provided that the EA will operate without interruption , errors , delays , or technical issues .
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law , the owner , developer , and associated parties of MerlynPips shall not be held liable for any direct , indirect , incidental , consequential, or other losses arising from or related to the use of , inability to use , or reliance upon the software .
This includes , but is not limited to :
The customer acknowledges that automated trading involves substantial financial risk and that the use of MerlynPips does not eliminate the possibility of losses .
The customer is solely responsible for monitoring their trading account , selecting an appropriate broker and trading environment , configuring the EA correctly , and determining the level of risk they are willing to accept .
Nothing in this Limitation of Liability section shall exclude or limit any liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law .
By purchasing , installing , activating , or using MerlynPips , the customer acknowledges and agrees to these limitations to the extent permitted by applicable law .
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify , update , or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to reflect changes to MerlynPips , our services , licensing system , business practices , security requirements , or applicable laws and regulations .
When material changes are made to these Terms , we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers through appropriate channels , which may include :
Customers are responsible for periodically reviewing the current version of these Terms .
Unless otherwise required by applicable law , the updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the revised version .
Continued use of MerlynPips after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms , to the extent permitted by applicable law .
If a customer does not agree with a material change to the Terms , they should discontinue use of the software and contact us regarding their available options .
The latest version of the Terms published through the official MerlynPips EA website will be considered the current version governing the use of the software .
